Day 3

Today is the third day in Nashville. But more importantly, it's the first day at STN! Yes, the day we have all been waiting for. We woke up early in the morning to get ready for Crazy 8's. I'm in news, which mean me and 7 others in my team has to create a whole new broadcast in 8 hours. My job was to make a PSA and film stand ups (Me being the anchor). It was a very different experience. We had a few bumps but we at least made the deadline and the overall broadcast was great. We ended the long competition at 4:30 pm. After that we met with our California pen pals for gift exchanging and dinner! I finally found the CKTV shirt I was supposed to give her (It was in the back of my suitcase, wrapped up with tissue paper. I thought it was just extra tissue paper for the gift \^-^/) She got me a Stranger Things necklace from Hot Topic! I was so happy when I received all the gifts! I'm just glad that she likes chocolate because I got her a lot of those. We ate dinner and went straight to the STN Opening Ceremony. It was absolutely amazing. I think now that I am a bit more hyped up for the contest I can REALLY get my head in the game tomorrow. Well, wish me good luck, I am definitely going to need it!
